OUR STORY
Emily and Thomas founded Cheese Forever cheese shop and the Nicolas wine cellar in Chamonix in 2018. Passionate retailers at heart, they have been bringing wine and cheese together in all of their businesses since 2005.
True lovers of gastronomy, they are equally passionate about their profession. Their mission is to connect customers with the rural world of artisan producers, winemakers, beekeepers, and farmers — people who all share the language of the land and the finest products it has to offer.
Driven by their love of flavour and sharing, they naturally expanded their vision by creating the Cheese Bar and a range of wine and cheese tasting experiences. A welcoming and convivial space dedicated to cheese and wine, two pillars of French culture, where guests can take the time to enjoy life’s simple pleasures.
