Selected with care and passion, our collection of more than 90 cheeses combines exceptional AOP cheeses sourced from the finest regions of France and Europe with the hidden gems of our Alpine homeland.

Emily is sure to delight you with rare Savoie cheeses, unique creations crafted by talented cheesemakers, or an exceptional Alpine Beaufort, carefully aged for years and unearthed from the depths of a mountain cellar.

To perfectly complement our favourite cheeses, Emily has brought together an exceptional selection of charcuterie. As always, every product is chosen with great care and attention to quality. Here are just a few examples:

On the French side, we work with the family-run Pelizzari charcuterie, whose products are featured on some of the region’s finest tables. Across the border in Italy, the renowned De Bosses house delights us with its exceptional hams.

Our Iberian charcuterie comes from Oliveras, whose exceptional Pata Negra ham, Cecina and Morcilla never fail to win us over.
